What are we looking for?
We are looking for an experienced Python Developer with hands-on expertise in LangGraph to build, optimize, and maintain agentic AI workflows. The ideal candidate should have strong foundations in Python, LLM integrations, vector databases, and graph-based orchestration frameworks
A Day in the Life
- Design, develop, and maintain agentic AI workflows using LangGraph.
- Build custom Python scripts, microservices, and backend components for AI-driven applications.
- Integrate LLMs (OpenAI, Anthropic, local models, etc.) into scalable production pipelines.
- Develop tools for prompt engineering, memory management, and agent coordination.
- Implement vector database integrations (FAISS, Pinecone, Chroma, Weaviate, etc.).
- Debug, optimize, and improve workflow performance, latency, and accuracy.
- Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams to design end-to-end AI features.
- Ensure high-quality, well-tested code using unit tests, documentation, and CI/CD pipelines.
- Stay updated with the latest advancements in agent frameworks, LangGraph features, and LLM technologies.
What you will need
- 4–5 years of experience in Python development, backend engineering, or AI system development.
- Understanding of SQL concepts and experience in the same.
- Strong proficiency in Python (asyncio, OOP, fastapi/flask, requests).
- Hands-on experience with LangGraph (mandatory).
- Good understanding of LangChain, LLM orchestration, or similar agent frameworks.
- Experience working with vector databases and embeddings.
- Knowledge of LLM APIs (OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, etc.).
- Familiarity with prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG).
- Strong debugging and optimization skills.
- Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud platforms (AWS/GCP/Azure).
